  • Quick Grooming Division is divided into less than 3years experience, and more than 3years experience (does not include grooming academy days) in field class. (Personal statement)
  • Any breed is accepted (mixed breeds are also accepted)
  • Six weeks or more of coat growth is required
    • ＊ No clipping or scissoring 6 weeks prior to contest.
    • ＊ anal and sanitary areas may only be clipped or cut by scissor.
    • ＊ It is recommended to start conditioning more than 6 weeks in order to make a distinctive change to the dog’s appearance.
    • ＊ Short haired dogs are not accepted

  • Current vaccinations as required by law.
  • Age of pet recommendation is between 10 months and 10 years.
  • Age of pet recommendation is between 10 months and 10 years.
  • Pregnant dogs are not accepted.
  • Coat should be clean, healthy, dry and free of mats.
    • ＊ The dog must appear healthy, and free of disease.
    • ＊ Dogs with ticks and fleas are not allowed.

  • Comb must glide through coat at Pre-judge.
  • Dogs must not show signs of aggression or viciousness towards other dogs.

  • Nails should be clipped and filed. Ears must be clean.

At the Happy Grooming Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “contest”), I obey the following matters to be observed, rules, regulations, and instruction laid down by the administration and I swear that I will not claim for any damages and liabilities to the venue, administration or people concerned in this contest in case of death, injury or damage happened due to an accident related to this contest, or if the accident threatened another person.

In the event of accidents occurs at this contest such as runaway, damage, injury, death of animals, I will accept it happened at my own risk.
I will not exchange ownership of animals at this venue.

  • Cancellation fee 30% within 60 days from the first day of the contest
  • Cancellation fee 70% within 30 days from the first day of the contest
  • Cancellation fee 100% within 14 days from the first day of the contest
